I did it!

Can I just take a minute to toot my own horn? Tacky, I know, but sometimes you just can't help yourself. So here it goes...I ran my first official half marathon! It felt great and I can't wait to do another one (I'm kind of kidding about that). Anyway...

Here are my homies, rootin' me on...
Good friends, Gabe and Amy who fought and conquered as well...way to go girls!

OK, OK, rub it in. I had hoped to be there with you, but alas.....
I did it in 2hrs 36 mins last year, tell me how bad you beat me. I'm really proud that my little and only girl has really been such a good example to her brothers. Love, Dad

Wow, way to go girl. I'd be tooting my horn too. That's quite an accomplishment.

Nothing tacky about sharing this major accomplishment with all of us. I envy you and hope to follow your example one day! Somewhere in between the nursing and being pregnant, I'll make time for it. Seriously, though, Rachel, you are awesome! Congratulations! You rock! I'd love a more detailed account of how it was when I see you in person.

Good work you crazy cat. Sounds like you'll be all ready for H2C.

Looking forward to it.
We just finished a crazy relay here in Utah and it was STINKIN' HARD.
